determine the price at which you should sell your home or the amount of which
you should offer on a home, it is beneficial to complete a market analysis.
A market analysis will go through recently sold property records that are
similar to the subject property in the same area.
By comparing these properties, and adjusting for feature differences, an
estimate of value is made for the subject property.
A thorough market analysis will also include comparisons to currently listed
similar properties in the area. This will allow an assessment of the current
competition and may lead to an increase or decrease in the estimate based on
the sold properties.
